   I ordered a coffee table from Englanderline & was quoted £63 shipping using their own calculator with a 3-5 day timeframe. I eventually, after chasing them was told on the Thursday it would be delivered on the Friday to then be contacted again on Thursday demanding £320 extra for shipping! I explained I had paid for shipping to be told if I didn’t pay the £320 it wouldn’t be shipped, I either paid, travelled to London to collect the table or cancel the order for a refund. I obviously cancelled the order & received a refund invoice with no explanation or apology, I pushed for a reason why they thought it acceptable to ask for £320 the day before delivery when I’d been in contact with them all week & it was the 1st they’d mentioned it - to be told they were in the process of trying to get better shipping rates in certain areas of the UK, I only live in the North East. Their delivery information only states extra shipping will be required if you don’t live in the UK & to prove a point I even did another order for the same table & once again was quoted £63, their white glove delivery was only £120 so it’s disgraceful they think it Ok to do what they’ve done. I suspect what they’ve done isn’t actually legal & am considering contacting trading standards to confirm the same. Their communication is very curt, unapologetic & customer service leaves a huge amount to be desired.

   I ordered bed for my bedroom and sofa for my living room and can't be happy enough with quality and service provided! Will order more stuff soon as I bought my new house. Definitely worth money if you look for something extraordinary and high standard furniture. They use best and high quality wood and materials, which is not possible to find in simple market. I made research before and only Englsnderline provides great quality for normal budget. Englanderline is definitely quality for quality people, who have high standards! Thanks.

   My company have used Englander Line now for many years for both sewing and upholstery projects. This company is amongst the best you will find. Quality is second to none, prices are fair as well as competitive. Answers to e-mails are prompt and so friendly. Their sewing team have saved the day with several near impossible deadline situations without compromising on quality. The owner's problem solving solutions will have your project looking a million dollars without the price tag ! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

They have made beautiful window treatments, bespoke cushions and upholstery items for my clients. They are willing to work within budget and always meet deadlines. Not to mention about their quality of work, their work attitude and customer services are the best I have received amongst the others.
