   Ordered my bed on 4 November. Delivery date 18 Dec. Received updates confirming it would arrive on 18 Dec and made plans to ensure I would be there. Then 17 Dec, they phone and unapologetically say they wont deliver because their supplier doesn't have the bed and so delivery will now be 15 Jan. Not asked if that date is convenient, just told that is the date and then transferred without warning to a long queue in customer service helpline. Customer service refund me 50% of the delivery charge as a "goodwill gesture". Unbelievable. One month late and cancelled the day before and the best they can do is refund *half* the delivery fee. Why did they not check the sypplier had the bed earlier then the day before delivery. Total joke. Will not use again.

   I had a lovely experience at bensons for beds the other day I went in to buy a wardrobe for my room and was greeted by a lovely manager and he’s amazing colleagues. Really enjoyed my experience here was very easy and straight forward, good price, excellent customer service the manger went above and beyond to give us exceptional service to build the perfect wardrobe. Would recommend going to this specific branch. Thank you for amazing customer service.

   I went to beson for beds in November to order a bedroom wardrobe and was told it would take 7 weeks.(estimated tome) I am still waiting for the wardrobe. Everytime I call they keep telling me some will call and sort this out. They were happy to take the money, but the after care is very very bad and poor. I also emailed customer services but no response yet. Please don't shop with them and the after services is bad quality. They don't want to know you after they take the money. I thought that Benson for beds had standards and quality. Now I am still finding out what I got I self into. Good luck if you shop there.

   The only store we found that sold dunlopillo pillows. We parked a bit away from the store and were freezing when we got there and the store Manager Tyrone made me a cup of tea. So kind. He then gave us a good explanation about choices of pillows. We left with 3. Thank you Tyrone for your customer care. Excellent.

   I haven't bought a new bed in years and I was really not up for researching all the options on the market. When i walked into the Staples Corner branch, I was greeted immediately by friendly staff. I explained my requirements and budget and was shown a few options to consider. Any questions or concerns I had were answered and resolved. What i got was a bespoke bed package - from choosing the design of the bed (frame type, storage, headboard style, colour) to the right mattress firmness and pillows better suited to my body shape. (I recommend trying out their sleep machine to assess mattress firmness). And on top of that, they worked on getting me the best price to keep me closer to my budget. A special thanks to Tyrone for taking care of me and making such a daunting decision seem easy. I can't wait for my new bed to arrive!
