I have been shopping in this store for many years. The team is always friendly, always helpful, always kind. Their stock is excellent and there is almost always something interesting to be found. Highly recommended!

I was very disappointed with the staff at the store today. I arrived at 16:55 with the shop advertised as closing at 17:00. A guy by the name of Joey was standing by the door and said the shop was closed. The lights were already switched off. When I challenged him about the closing time he said it was 5 o’clock. I showed him on my iPhone that it was 16:55. I told him that I just wanted to have a quick look. He denied me access. I was very disappointed in his attitude as I have previously donated at least 2 beds and 3 sofas to the same shop over the past 10 years. He seemed more concerned about going home early instead of doing his actual job. Why work in a charity shop if this is his attitude towards work. Certainly didn’t seem very charitable.

Great shop with a wonderful selection of items at reasonable prices. It is a true treasure trove.

I went here while on a vinyl-buying binge – they have a huge selection of records of all genres, priced at 50p each, which I capitalised on. I couldn't help but notice the enormous amount of home furnishings they stock, so this is definitely the place to be if you're in the market for high quality secondhand furniture.

The shop looks cluttered, unorganised and crammed with damaged, low quality and overpriced furniture. There is always rubbish outside overflowing into the street.

Took some bits down, first they said they wouldn't accept the stuff because it was past their drop off time as I went to leave a young man said he would have a look, he cherry picked through the car saying they were only interested in wood, then walked in empty handed and left me to make 4 journeys in on my own. I was ignored and had to asked where to put all the stuff and was pointed to an area, dropped stuff and left without anyone speaking to me but thankful they took it as other shops weren't accepting donations.
