   I called into Dreams in Potters Bar on Monday to have a look around as I needed a new bed. I was pleasantly surprised at all the different styles of beds and mattresses they had to offer. I was approached by a lovely sales person called Gizem. She was amazing, the perfect sales person. Very friendly and knowledgeable in all areas of products on sale in store. There was no pushy sales talk or pressure to buy. I was encouraged to have a good look around and take my time and was even offered a cup of tea ! After a long chat with Gizem I decided on my purchase. Order placed and now looking forward to receiving my amazing bed. Thank you Gizem for all your help, advice and patience. You made the whole experience very enjoyable. Definitely recommend this store. ☺️

   Yesterday, my wife and I visited the Dreams showroom in Potters Bar to look for a new headboard. We were greeeted by Oliver, who could not have been more helpful. As we needed a King size headboard, he showed us several various styles and fabrics, and explained that it would be possible to choose a preferred colour from the range available. Once we had decided on a style and colour, Oliver explained that there is a guarantee scheme available, which would provide 8 years cover. He also asked about disposal of the old headboard, and asked whether we would like the headboard to be fitted for us. We took up the various options after being given an opportunity to consider them in our own time. We were very impressed with the service provided and would like to thank Oliver for his help.

He was excellent in explaining and suggesting what we needed, gave us a Sleep Test and helped by listening to our requirements. Great knowledge of the products available.    The store was Covid aware and we felt safe during the whole visit in store. Cam was very helpful and explained the different types of mattresses, he was very good at directing us around the store to see the products we requested and he never pushed hard for a sale which is important to us. We will be back to make a purchase very soon.
