    Beyond frustrating and zero customer care. We ordered our furniture in March - as of now (July) a partial order has arrived somewhere in the country and I have been given the logistics company’s details so I can arrange the delivery myself. No information is available on when the completed order will be ready (and what the lead time is for delivery) A very poor service for an expensive product.

    At every stage of buying a garden table and chairs Fermob London were helpful and pleasant. We were kept informed about the delivery date. The delivery men gave advance notice of their arrival. They were timely, friendly and competent. They assembled the table, took away all the packaging and made sure I was happy with the location of the furniture. The products are top quality. A happy and trouble-free experience.

    We wanted a red garden table and Fermob had the perfect one. It was even in their London showroom. Emails and calls to them were a delight. Really friendly personal service. When we visited the store in January the staff were great fun and incredibly helpful. We ordered the table and bought a few more items. They kept us updated and arranged delivery by Feb 11th. The driver put it in situ and was extremely friendly. All in all a super shop to deal with. Would definitely buy more when we need to.

    Great experience shopping with Fermob. Our visit to their centre was delightful and the ever courteous and attentive Aurelia helped us in choosing our furniture and the colour. Fermob has a plethora of colours to choose from and it is never easy picking one. The delivery date given to us was 6-8 weeks so imagine our surprise when it came a month earlier. David and his team who came to install for us were amazing. Kept up their spirits and cheer despite it being a long day for them. Left only when we were completely satisfied. Great ambassadors for the company. Will definitely recommend.
