First, the product is great. We purchased a topper and couldn't be happier with the quality. Second, Chris and the team in W6 were super helpful...both in ordering and helping with a snafu post sale (nothing to do with the product). If you are thinking about a mattress/topper, you found the place.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit to Paddenswick. Great customer service and atmosphere! I loved the smell and the sounds they had in the building. Chris had detailed knowledge of every question I had to ask and I had loads! From the materials to the terms and conditions. I never felt pushed to buy a product and I was given loads of time to see each product. I felt extremely comfortable and not out of place! The rest of the team was just as great, very welcoming, they offered refreshments and even if I needed to use the toilet facilities. I managed to get some pillows this time and will be ordering a mattress soon. Needless to say I will be going back to buy more products in the future and I wanted to thank all the staff for my amazing experience!
We spent 2 hours at this showroom before we ordered a split Super King Sumptuous Mattress. The mattress has been delivered and is now in use. Some people have commented about a mattress smell, but we didn't notice anything. Its a lovely & comfortable mattress...
❌ System Staff told me the lead delivery time is 4 weeks when it was available for next day delivery all along. I bought a topper in-store. The staff (lovely) asked if I was in a hurry to receive it and I said “no, but asap”. I checked online and it’s available for next-day delivery so I inquired online and customer service moved forward the delivery to the next day. ❌Delivery Topper is delivered by FedEx. No real-time tracking, the estimate was provided but missed by a few hours. The topper came wrapped and plonked against the door. Tremendous topper weighs around 16kg so it’s manageable but worth considering when buying! ❤️Service The staff is nice and I got to try different ones for as long as I like. Showroom wasn’t busy though. ❤️Product Great. Got the tremendous topper and am v happy with the product. Smells farmy, not unpleasant. I liked it and sadly it disappears after a few days! ❤️Online customer service Email responses in 12 hours, and they were helpful too.
Bought some beddings a couple of months ago. The woman and man in the store on the day of our visit did not have a clue on prices, they came across really unprofessional and generally clueless. The pillowcases and duvet cover we purchased shrunk after the first 40C wash, the premium prices pillows we purchased, not that comfortable nor chunky hotel quality as they claim but more like some budget b&b type. Overpriced for what we ended up with. Never again.

Large showroom, but a long way out of town. Most of the mattresses on display are quite short and I'm quite tall, so for me it was hard to get comfortable and test them properly.
