   Searching for a bedside table & drawers for my niece, I prepared to battle various Argos & Ikea self-assembly. Until I walked into Balham Beds & saw already-put-together drawers & tables that I could just pop in an uber. It was like magic!! All at a very reasonable price and with fantastic service. This is a family-run store. The service was brilliant and to be honest - the wonder of the modern age to me...was ready-assembled furniture, and at a better price! Thank you Balham Beds we will become regular customers.

   I purchased a beautiful bed frame from Balham beds, but unfortunately, it arrived with some damage. A replacement was promptly ordered, but when the second frame arrived with similar issues, we agreed on a partial refund. I decided to keep the frame despite the defect, which was clearly a manufacturing issue. I can not fault the customer service received. I'm a happy customer.

   Fantastic customer service. As an independent family business it is great to see them all work as a team. It doesn't matter who is serving you the exceptional customer service is consistent. I love the fact that whenever I go there I can find some rare, good quality quirky items too. I have been going there for years and it's a place I will continue to go to for the unique experience, the needed products and the unusual finds.

   Terrible service. We ordered a bed for out Tenant's on their move in day. Balham Beds forgot to deliver the bed. Called them and just got told nothing they cam do as the warehouse is closed. We will never use these again

   Popped in today to buy a mattress due to poor quality one purchased from Dreams. Super friendly guy and helped me pick the right one for me. From past experience, quality mattresses have been from independent shops rather than chain stores. Can't wait to receive it in a few days.

   I made a purchase from this store for my bedroom. There was a manufacturer error, and it took them 7 months to replace the faulty part. However, getting to that point was a hassle from my part as I had to make sure regular visits to the store so that they don’t forget me because even they promised every time, I never had a follow up call from them. So had to go and check every so often. If I did not remind them regularly, they wouldn’t be bothered to fix the issue. When they came today fixing one issue, they created another issue and asked me to call the shop to get it fixed even though I insisted them to have a look while they already made a visit. So 1 star for very very poor customer service. Be careful when you shop and keep your expectations low!

   Excellent service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even though I was only buying a pillow, the advisor was more than happy to spend time helping me choose the best one. I will certainly remember this shop for all bedroom furniture purchases in the future. You just don't get happy, friendly, helpful customer service advisors that often anymore so it was a breath of fresh air.
