   Exceptional service. We have ordered a number of blinds from HJ Cooper over the years and have always been delighted with their service and products. Most recently, we had a problem with the threads on one of our blinds (which was entirely our fault!). After a quick call/plea to Joyce, Mr Cooper visited us 2 hours later and re-threaded the blind in no time at all. Absolutely superb service which deserves the highest praise. Thank you again.

   Bought 2 sofas at Coopers, one leather chesterfield and the other a traditional sofa with pelmet. Five years on they both look amazing with hardly any visible wear. Delivered all the way to Wales, excellent service cannot recommend enough. My daughter has now bought 2 sofas from there and is equally pleased.

   We have been using HJ Cooper since 2006 and cannot fault them in any way. They provide a seamless service, they are patient, offer sound and practical advice, such as the time I wanted a specific silk for a sofa and they explained it wouldn't last and wasn't practical. They are excellent value for money, have stunning fabrics and every blind, curtain, piece of furniture they have made, covered and restored still looks amazing. We use them for every project in our home and they never cease to impress us with their charming manners, timescales and stunning finishes to everything. Every room in our home has blinds and curtains made by HJ Cooper. They have helped us with colour schemes and gently helped us away from things which would never have worked. Cannot recommend HJ Cooper highly enough and it is lovely to use a family business who really care and make the time for you as the customer.

   Unlike the big names, this company treats you like an individual and values the business. The quality of work is outstanding, the staff are lovely and prices and timescales are a fraction of the household name type firms and you can pick any material you want so your item is totally bespoke. Don't be put off by the website as the shop is an Aladdin's Cave of amazing sofas and chairs not to mention lovely mirrors and lights. I think I have become a bit obsessive but they have made choosing my soft furnishings a real pleasure.

   Coopers have provided me with every sofa/sofa bed I have had in 3 different homes. The last one an L shaped sofa custom made for the space is fab and is also a sofa bed. The lengths the staff go to to make sure you get what you want are amazing and the choice of fabrics are fabulous. In my last home they did the blinds, curtains and sofa. Cannot recommend them too highly. Excellent service and delivery. Professional and friendly. The best furniture shop in London. I have had mirrors, tables, bookcases etc from them and they are always of the best quality and up to the minute in style. Worth a visit.
