   Booked a taxi with them for 8.50am to go to Dewsbury bus station to catch a coach. It turned up at 9.05 so missed the coach. This company seems to run for the convenience of the drivers, who turn up when it suits them. If thinking of booking a taxi with them, use another company. It should be a no star review.

   This company scammed my elderly 87 year old father out of money. I prepaid for a journey so Dad wouldn't have to worry about money, only for him to be told he had to pay again. I have phoned them 3 times for a resolution and have been fobbed off and in the end blatantly lied to. They blamed my Dad as they said he had called for an earlier taxi rather than the pre organised time. Absolute rubbish. I wouldn't give them any stars if I could. Avoid, avoid, avoid

   I'd give the place no stars if I could! I was taking an elderly lady to pinderfields hospital. I rang up to book a taxi which I needed for 2pm to make it to her appointment in time, I asked the person taking my call how much it would cost. He told me £14 each way, so I got £30 cash for both journeys. Firstly, after a few minutes waiting outside her house the taxi hadn't arrived so I called them up. The man on the other end of the phone said that the taxi hadn't been booked!! Which it obviously had been. Second, when we got to the hospital it was £15 so £1 over, which isn't too bad but then on the way back the driver charged me £23!! I rang up and the man on the phone tells me that if I'd stated it was a return fare it would've been cheaper (I stated from the outset that it was a return) then kept saying "it's not up to us it's up to the meter"when I asked the taxi driver about the increase in price he got really agitated and nasty about it. I would never recommend this company to say the least.

   Booked a taxi via the app, giving quite a few hours notice, received a phone call from them smack bang on the booked pick up time stating that they couldn't do the job due to snow......it hadn't snowed for a few hours....feeble excuse and could have informed us sooner, so hubby wasn't late for work then!! Very unprofessional and unreliable!!

   Always use Elite cars as they don't try to fleece me. The drivers are friendly and deliver you home safely no speeding around or running lights just a relaxing ride home. If your in Wakefield take my advice these are the best.

   Not a review of the service, just to say thanks to the abusive driver in the Toyota minibus who block sainsburys car park. Bit of an idiot all round mouthing off in a sign written motor, can't wait to see you again

   Polite driver. Polite operator. But I'm annoyed with the service. I rang up and was quoted £13 for my journey. Booked. Arrived at my destination and was told that it would be £20. When I challenged it and rang the operator back the driver suddenly knocked it down to £16.50. I spoke to the operator who asked to speak to the driver. The driver said to the operator that the price was £16.50 according to the mileage (then why the hell did he try charging £20 until I challenged it?) The operator changed his mind, said the price was £16.50 And that's what should be charged. Had I know this, I wouldn't have bothered booking and would have just waited for my lift. The driver eventually knocked it down to £15. You shouldn't be quoted one price for a job (postcode to postcode) then made to pay another. You also shouldn't be charged mkre than the mileage, which is what he tried to do initially. Although they were friendly and polite, something seems awry with the pricing... Be careful when booking.
