   As part of a home renovation project - we purchased a dinning table, and sofa from DoSouth. From our first interaction the service was great; really working with us to understand the new space to help to pick the right furniture that matched our style, spending time with us to look at a variety of colours and fabric options. As the items were made to order, the team kept us updated on status of the delivery; and even delivering the items personally when the time came. I would recommend DoSouth highly, amazing service, Freddie and the team real listen to your needs and help you to come to the right decision using their expertise in interior design.

   The store is constantly empty and we never got why till we show something we wanted to buy and walked in last Sunday. The guy was ridiculously unwelcoming and almost ironically hostile judging only by your dress code I suppose what wallet power we had. We would have purchased the chandelier on the dot but we were so put off by the attitude we straight away both of us refused to waste even a penny there. We understood exactly why that store gets no visitors and attention. They really need to change their attitude if they want customers as word travels fast

   Since the pandemic we have been working permanently from home, so talked to Freddie about how he could make it more comfortable. We work out of a south facing room which can get very hot in the afternoons. Freddie came up with some excellent suggestions, and we settled on hanging an attractive vertical blind from a subtle ceiling runner. It is backed with a 50% light stop which removes the heat, while still providing enough light. The quote was clear and accurate, installation was flawless, and we are very pleased with the end result.
