That is what I call a luxurious place. Beautiful apartment buildings, neatly kept streets, cafes, shops,and a lovely little park with a fountain in the middle. Love it!
Expansion is as natural as contraction. Affluent attractions do not flow as waters do, centripetally in private housing unless literally unplugged. Berkeley group fortunes are one hefty expansion according to plots in proximity. Shell depot, Fulham Power Station and Booths distillery, lining the river side of Townmead Road, are gone for good and ghosts.
The park at Imperial wharf, as the photo shows, looks very tranquil. However it is under a flight path and just across the river from a helipad.
