   Absolutely thrilled with our bespoke kitchen from Stonehouse. The customer service has been absolutely excellent. We love the quality and finish of the units. Stonehouse have been excellent about snagging and touch ups. They have sent out a technician to help us without cost on a number of occasions. The kitchen was installed during a total house renovation whilst we were abroad and they coordinated with the builder brilliantly. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

   I am over the moon with my new Stonehouse kitchen, which has, if anything, exceeded my expectations. I didn’t think it was possible to have everything on my wish list for the budget that I had - but I was wrong! Completely bespoke, gorgeous quality and designed with me so that it works perfectly for me, what really set Stonehouse apart was the personal service I received. Never pushy, but happy to visit the site (several times) during the design phase, tweaking the plans with me until they were just right. Everyone I have dealt with at the company - from designers and managers through to fitters and painters - has been a pleasure to work with and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I would definitely recommend Stonehouse, and they will be my first port of call if I ever need another kitchen!

   We recently got a Stonehouse kitchen / utility room fitted and are beyond happy with it! Our initial consultations with Julian (designer) were incredibly helpful. He was very knowledgeable and his suggestions were all spot on. He listened to what we wanted and simply enhanced our vision. We never felt bad for requesting repeated tweaks and changes along the way as he was always very forthcoming with these edits. The installation part was also carried out by a lovely and professional team. James (project manager) was always available at the end of the phone and was very supportive throughout the whole fit out process. There were a few minor blips along the way, (eg. A couple of missing parts and some appliance issues), but all of these matters were swiftly resolved and always dealt with in a very friendly and personable way. James was always very quick to come back to me with an answer, and made the overall fit out process much easier for us! We are absolutely delighted with the finished result and would have no reservations in using them again in future. They really do offer a great all round service / experience from start to finish, and the quality of our kitchen/utility room is beautiful. We would highly recommend these guys and are gladly giving them a 5 star review!

   This is the 2nd time we have bought a kitchen from Stonehouse. We bought the Richmond Shaker style in around 2015/16 which is a timeless style. We ordered exactly the same units and worktops in exactly the same colour for our new house but with a totally different design to match the layout. The team was great from start to finish from design (with loads of suggestions which we took on board), to installation and aftercare. The kitchen fitter was the best we have seen and all our other tradespeople commented on his skill level and going the extra mile to make sure we and he were happy with it. He also made great suggestions in addition to the initial drawings to ensure that everything Felt natural and right before he signed off the job. This was much appreciated. For a bespoke handmade kitchen it really isn’t much more than the off-the-shelf high street retailers and the quality is far superior. The whole process was great and we would strongly recommend Stonehouse to everyone. Thanks to the whole team. We have our dream kitchen (again)

   Summary: Great company, high quaility & professional people. Detail: We sarted working with Julian (Designer) & Gareth (MD) back in early 2019. Due to the Pandemic we finished our fitting of a Kitchen, Bar, Wine Room & Dressing Room in March 2021. From the beginning, Julian really understood our vision. He is a detail orientated designer who brings his own ideas, but at the same time listens to the client. We had a few options, but chose Stonehouse mainly because of the trust and rapport we built up with Julian and the team. The designs were great and we changed very little. Our self build was delayed heavily due to the pandemic. Many suppliers had dates for delivering items and the pressure was on for us to move things along to accomodate this. Stonehouse was not one of them. Gareth made it super easy to work the team and they helped us delay delivery/installation to ease the burden. It felt like they were in our corner, rather than just pushing problems onto us. During fitting, the team were excellent. True gents, who were tidy and polite. Solutions were quick to be suggested as we encoutered issues. Ask for Wes, the chap gives you complete confidence in his abilities and doesn't cut corners. Post completion, Gareth and the team have comeback to fix any snags; never too much trouble. The big question...the finish? Absolutley stunning. My wife is super happy with her boujee dressing room & bepsoke kitchen which is chic yet still very functional. The wine room continues to impress vistors. The bar...let's just say, you often find me in the evening, sitting and staring with some self satisfaction at such a pleasant piece of workmanship. Guests often gasp as they come in and see any of these 4 areas of the house. Would I recommend Stonehouse? Yes. Am I happy with everything? no; I'm ecstatically happy to be more accurate.
