   Excellent in-store help and advice - we went to the Hertford branch. Amazing choice of sofas and fabrics. We used the measuring service (good job we did as we then knew to order the sofa with removable arms). You can choose 3 types/ sizes of sofa to be measured for - if you change your mind you would then have to pay for another visit. They did explain this clearly in the shop. Our sofa was ready more quickly than we expected. The sofa seems to be of a high quality (time will tell), it is very comfortable and looks gorgeous. It is a Weybridge 4 seater in cotton velvet pine.

   I visited the Parsons Green showroom to look at the Bromley sofabed and had an excellent experience thanks to Laura. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to walk me through the options, demonstrated how each sofabed works, and helped me choose fabrics that would fit my space. She made time for me and didnt feel rushed. Her support was one of the main reasons I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Great showroom and products, but the standout was the customer service. Thank you, Laura.

   I wouldn’t normally leave a negative review, but feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Darlings of Chelsea. I ordered a “fast track” sofa on 31 May, which was advertised with an express three-week delivery timeline. It is now six weeks on, and not only has the item still not arrived, but the communication has been nothing short of shambolic. I’ve followed up multiple times via phone and email, only to be met with vague responses and empty assurances. Today was meant to be the long-awaited delivery date—only for it to be cancelled last minute, with no explanation and no revised date offered. When I asked when it might actually arrive, they simply couldn’t say. What’s more, if I wished to cancel, they informed me I’d be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Frankly, it’s outrageous. For a company that presents itself as premium, the service has been anything but. I’d strongly caution anyone considering a purchase—particularly if you’re relying on timely delivery. Hugely disappointing from start to finish.

   My entire experience with Darlings of Chelsea was first-class. I walked into the Parsons Green showroom, without an appointment, where Keno-Paul Roberts made me feel like a truly valued customer. Keno approached me to offer his undivided attention and assistance. Whilst I had some options in mind, Keno took the time to explain the pros and cons associated with different materials and colours, ensuring that I made the right choice for my actual needs. He also patiently educated me on contrast piping, scatters etc; a world completely unfamiliar to me beforehand. In placing the order, Keno the utmost care to guarantee that my desired configuration would be passed on. He also advised on measuring clearances and had a specialist sent out the property to guarantee the items would fit. Now the sofa’s been delivered, it is precisely what I wanted. I’ll be purchasing another item down the line - and would not consider any other brand. Thank you Keno!

   I spent 2 hours talking with one of the new employee to get a proper quote and advise on the sofa I wanted then I was told to get a sample of my fabric coming in, I would need to pay for the sample to come to their shop and then I would get a refund once the sample is going back to their supplier. We are talking about a company that sells £3000 a sofa. That says it all. Talking about Customer Service, another faux-pas.

   Very disappointing experience. I ordered a loveseat sofa bed for my baby’s room - and am still waiting for it (> 8 weeks). Today I am called to say it will be another 2-3 weeks. Quite ridiculous. Especially at a time where it would be used daily in my house. I had paid for a premium product/service, yet this feels nothing like it! The customer team have apologised but keep emphasising it is out of their control. I had used this company before - but feel very let down by this. Would not recommend - far better companies/brands out there that will treat your order with more respect.

   Super comfy sofa and excellent customer service!! Great warehouse which had so many models and all the fabrics they have available, we spent an hour there trying all the different sofas. Shout out to Martyn who was so helpful with our order and gave really prompt updates. Sofa came within the estimated time frame. The sofa itself is perfect and so comfy, just what we wanted and the delivery guys were great too. All round 5 stars we love it thank you!!!

   There have been 12 weeks already and I have no sofa and no estimated time of delivery or completion. The lead time was 8-10 weeks. I try to cancel it and get swift sofa deliver in next few days. Darlings want to charge me 10% for cancellation for the sofa that they can't produce or deliver. so bad - avoid :(

   waited 13 weeks - with no voluntary updates from Darlington, when it did arrive the fabric and colour was the worst kind that should have been used and really looked its worst on the poor frame design of the sofa bed. The seat cushions were ill fitting, arm rests so low, they offered no comfort and the back 'board' like rest was low and thin. We sweated the costs for it to be returned and took what refund was contracted I was meant to be delivered for Christmas, with plenty of ordering time, it did not arrive
