   BUYER BEWARE! Trust the long and detailed review from Zaitoon Hussain. The product is nice but the seller is not. You will regret buying from them. It's best to go with a brand that has better customer service.

   So we are renovating a studio flat Loved the bed and mechanism but had TERRIBLE service at the show room in Chealsea. We were told that the we should look on line for all our answers. The lady had hard giving us permission in trying to let us work the bed and kept saying"Be careful" so just folded and opened it one time! If it's so fragike why are we spending £8000 ona bed. She took our details and kept discouraging any questions saying everything will be in your mail. We were being rushed out as she had given us an hour which was more than Allocated time. Then we were told that a nother customer is coming so we should leave while I was looking at the swatches for the Sofa wall bed. I told the lady that we can leave when her next customer comes as I wanted to decide my swatches but then we were told she has to go the bathroom as she has been holding it for quite sometime!! I told her that she can while I am looking at the swatches but I just felt I had enough of it! I tried to disregard the experience and still purchase the bed but never received any mail with quote or phone call. NEVER had such an INSULTING experience wanted to drop around 8k (8000£) in a store. Wonder what the company aftercare Service would be ....?? Will give my Buisness to the Competitor.
