Hunted high and low for a banana bench cushion the right size and colour. Just before giving up Chelsea Home and Leisure had exactly the one. Two benefits were that it was considerably cheaper than another well known retailer and delivery was excellent and well packed. Very happy customer !
In August we bought a solid teak serving table with foldable stand. There are many imitations on the market but this stood out as offering excellent value and quality. We were not disappointed and delighted with the product so well done.
Terrible experience with this company. Bought a coffee table and the quality wasn't what we were expecting, so we emailed on the same day it was delivered asking to do a return. Have sent numerous emails and left numerous messages with their AI assistant over a 4 week period but have heard nothing back. Order number is 6490. I will be raising a complaint to The Furniture and Home Improvement Ombudsman and Trading Standards if I dont hear back within next couple of days.
Purchased at a garden show at Beaulieu in June. Great deal! 3-piece corner seating; glass-topped, height-adjustable table; bench stool; reclining chair. Comfortable seat height and back-rest height (not infants school seating!). Substantial seat pads and back cushions, none of your 2" thick stuff! Good communication regarding delivery timings. Delivered as agreed, promptly and well wrapped. Absolutely delighted with it!
We purchased the six-seater set a few months ago — it includes two recliner chairs, four standard seats, and a table with a built-in fire pit — and it’s absolutely fantastic. The quality is outstanding. We’ve compared it to similar sets in garden centres and nothing else comes close. It’s incredibly sturdy and very heavy, which means it stays put even in strong winds — a big plus. Delivery was much faster than expected, arriving just a few days after we ordered. We’re genuinely delighted with the set and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that it would be great to have an umbrella hole in the table — but that aside, it’s been perfect.

Great customer service. Product arrived quickly. Ordered umbrella's and they were very nice. One was damaged but the company stood good for it and issued a full credit for the damaged unit.

The garden furniture was delivered earlier than expected. The table assembly was straight forward and took about 20 minutes. Very good quality Rattan furniture and several friends have commented on it. Over all I am very happy with the purchase
