   Really impressed with this company. While in Marbella we found Bolia and quickly found RB12 Ltd sold it in the UK. Really easy ordering process, RB12 kept me updated the entire time. Dean was extremely helpful, he also recommended an alternative manufacturer that was more cost effective than the initial product that I was looking at. The team at RB12 kept me up to date with the progress of the order along with the delivery, all of which are key when running a design business. I will definitely use RB12 again.

   Special thanks go to Dean and the team - I bought a Peyote dining table with RB12 late last year, a bit sad that it came with shipment damage (2 dents on the edge), it's otherwise a beautiful piece. Dean and the team has been super responsive and professional in handling the case and provided few options to solve the issue. Although not 100% perfect for the purchase experience itself, I am impressed by the customer service and quality of product still. Would highly recommend this store if you are looking for quality and trendy furniture pieces and most importantly you can count on the people you are dealing with :)

   Best customer service- both Elodie & Dean are great to deal with ! These guys are really professional, experienced & above all super helpful. Chose a bed & bedside in no time but I needed a fair bit of advice on a difficult to place unit & Elodie spent loads of time via email & video call helping to get the design right. Dean also weighed in when I was getting a bit overwhelmed ! I can really recommend RB12. I've now ordered from them twice & will order from them again before too long I hope.
