   I initially spoke with Matteo and then Nick. Both men helped me complete my collection. It did take some time and back and forth with emails, but we finally got it figured out. Shipping was so fast! I bought the vase on Monday, and I received it Friday! London to the Midwest! Such care was provided with the packing. I appreciate what they did for me.

   AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Ordered a set of salt&pepper cellars , meant to be a present for my Tutor, however one of them was cracked due to the shipping. Went to the shop that was previously located on Sloane Avenue in Chelsea ( now they have moved to Fulham Road ) still in Chelsea but more central so anyway , all I can say is absolutely amazed by the helpful staff ( the 3 of them were extremely polite , two men and a lady ) the shop is clean and impeccable , it has inviting atmosphere and the items are simply works of art. I highly recommend visiting , my Tutor was thrilled and loved the present.

   Have just filled my home with their furniture and mirrors and soft furnishings and plates and cutlery. I did buy from 2 places, but the Sloane Avenue branch is my favourite. They really help with the creative process of designing your home and give you a lot of their time. They also know their product which is important. I bought 1 item from another provider who told me to clean the table i bought with brass polisher, which basically stripped the table of the brass. Amba who works in Sloane Avenue branch, has been particularly helpful in organising deliveries, helping me to arrange the furniture in store with cushions, so I can see the "look " before I buy it, that's a lot of shifting sofas and chairs around! She has also arranged for me to borrow pieces before I buy, so I can see if it fits in my home. This type of service is something a lot of stores lack. Whenever I go into Jonathan Adler, I am never pushed Into buying.. I spend a few hours just browsing and mulling ideas in my headl, and with them. The process of making your home is a creative one, where you need time, and need to feel relaxed and not rushed. Jonathan Adler furniture is about the creative Inside out, and this store allows you to play and take your time. Thankyo to all the staff and especially Amba. Sofia.

   Love the beautiful owl I bought (online order). HOWEVER, super disappointed to see so much plastic packaging. So critical for all of us to look for ways to avoid unnecessary plastics! Makes me less likely to buy again, seeing so much waste. Also very disappointing the 'Made in China' on the box. Especially given the country's stance re Ukraine at the recent UN Security Council. Something to think about?

   This store has no decency or actually does not bother to pack/wrap the items of furniture they send to people’s homes. This store sells luxury furniture without offering any customer service. They sell luxury but they are so cheap that they don’t even want to spend time & packing materials when delivering to clients. We are talking about a store in central expensive Chelsea part of London, not some third world country location! I bought - truth be said - 2 armchairs on sale. However still expensive. So these people thought that because I bought these chairs on sale, they don’t have to pack them at all! I received them with no cover whatsoever, left at the door.
