You can't rely on the samples from the store...and certainly not the customer service. I ordered a table based on the lovely dark green sample in the showroom and pictured on their site.... the table that arrived is an ugly pale green. While variations in a natural material are understandable, this is a completely different colour. The company refuses to refund since they say the samples in the showroom/on the site "are for technical reasons" and they have a disclaimer that the colour may be different. So be wary of ordering anything based on the store's samples/the website... you may be stuck with something in an eyesore colour like me!

A painful experience with this store despite what seemed like a good start. I bought a flat that had an expensive B&B cupboard (a "Pab storage unit") where one of the mechanisms for the (very heavy) doors seemed to have broken, resulting in the door no longer closing. About three years ago I got in touch with the store, and they promised to get information on how to solve the problem. Many months passed, with various emails and attempted follow ups but, despite the promise to get support, we never got an answer about how the thing could be fixed. During the pandemic we got in touch with a store in Italy, and asked them for help: it took us months as well, but eventually they came back with clear instructions on how to open the side panel. This allowed us to realise that some metal wires had snapped: the same store offered to source some replacements, which they did, and at no cost (despite us never making business with them!). So: 5 star review for the store in Italy, 2 stars for the London store (1 bonus because of the emails providing false hope).

B&B is a very luxury brand in term of Italian furniture design. Their showrooms around the world are extremely well organised with the perfect arrangement to make the process of appreciation more attractive for customers or even to the architects. You’ll always find here what is the most on trending on this market. It’s obviously not affordable for mid-level decorative ideas but definitely fair prices once considering the very high quality, assembling etc. Check the pictures and take your own conclusions.

After recently purchasing a new apartment in London we visited this store today with a view to buying sofas and other furnishings and looking at kitchens. On walking past the reception we were totally ignored by all of the team despite being the only customers in the whole store. We walked and pondered for 30 minutes and were ignored by the chatting staff at the reception who all appeared to hold a sense of superiority. There was no greeting or welcoming, in fact no communication whatsoever. We actually felt there was more of the the odd questioning glance of, what are you doing in here ! We were very interested in making a purchase of a sofa but were so put off by the atmosphere of arrogance and ignorance that we left and will spend our money elsewhere. Even when we left and walked past the reception area we were yet again ignored. A very poor experience indeed and we would strongly recommend do not to visit this store as the customer service is non existent and all the staff are ignorant.

Beautiful brand with incredible master pieces. The shop, designed by a great architect (John Pawson) is a journey through quality products. The staff is prepared and helpful. Might not be for all budgets, but it's worth a visit.

    Lovely store and good showroom.

Looks great, but quality is appalling. After only four years €4500 Athos table has become totally discoloured as the different materials used age differently. B&B's response? "this is what happens in sunlight" and "our warranty is 26 months" So don't be fooled by the sleak looks...
