   In response to you; You did not do me a favour by taking back the faulty sofa, you did what you were legally obligated to do after you delivered me a faulty, bent & damaged sofa, when purchasing I asked for brown cushions and wood-look legs and you delivered the sofa with patterned cushions & black metallic legs. I informed you of this and you told me that my requests were not noted when I was purchasing when I had specifically said I would only purchase if the legs could be changed and despite you offering to give me discounts for “5 star reviews” which I did at the time - hence my edited review. Please also note I waited almost three months for this sofa as it was supposed to be “custom made” to then arrive in an appalling state. When I informed you of my problems with the sofa you offered to replace but told me I should expect to have the same issues with the fabric in the replacement sofa as “this is one of your more affordable models”. The customer service was poor and the response to my 1 star review is very reflective. I had a good experience with a few other branches of Istikbal but Fore street branch is not one I recommend. Ultimately, I purchased a much more expensive but much better quality sofa from a different company who excelled in their customer service and were honest.

   Semih was great! He was very helpful and most importantly very patient with my indecisiveness. He had loads of options available for us and drew out each possibility for our house. Each and every product on the shop floor is beautiful hence you get confused which one to go for. Outstanding customer service. I strongly recommend and advise everyone to visit their store before making a purchase.

   Since moving into my new home, buying this sofa set has been nothing but regret. What should have been an exciting purchase turned into a complete disappointment. This company is not even worth calling a brand in my eyes. The customer service is unbelievably bad, and the Diego sofa set is even worse. Total regret. Do not buy it, and do not recommend it to anyone.
