   Bought a sofabed and an armchair from Serhat over two years ago. Both items are still in the same good condition with no wear or tear. The cushions are still the same and extremely comfortable. All my friends and family complement on how comfortable it is. They have different sizes and many different styles to choose from. My sofa was a perfect fit for my flat. Staff are friendly and professional. Delivery was efficient. Staff brought both items upstairs to my desired room and set it all up for me. All I had to do was sit down and relax on my new sofa!

   Terrible experience with this seller. I’ve ordered sofa sets from this shop for £2000 but received different one( there are almost 50 glassy buttons on the sofas which weren’t on at the day I had ordered ). If I had seen the glassy buttons on sofas on the day of purchased in the show room, I would never chooce them. Unfortunately I didn’t realise it until after the delivery. So phoned them the next day after the delivery and asked for help, I was told the manager will contact me to discuss the issue but not heard anything back.i did try contact them more than 20 times to get hold of the manager but with no success. I then send them few emails and letters requesting for a replacement but this also didn’t help. This is now almost two years since I’ve got the sofas and the glassy button which wasn’t my choice keep falling off the sofas and I am not able to put them back. I hope this experience I have shared will help others to avoid disappointment.
