This is our second purchase of a table and chairs from Calligaris for both our homes. Exquisite quality, premium leather, outstanding customer service. Really could not ask for any better! Highly recommended brand if you value craftsman style furniture at its finest!
Walked in store, asked employee if they had any tables that matched my size requirements was told to go downstairs and she went back to talking with her mate instead of coming downstairs with me and showing me which table she was referring to (or what finishes were available) decided to walk out without considering this as an option

Don’t buy Caligaris as I bought Caligaris from Lucas furniture in St Albans less then 6 months ago and the Caligaris chairs are falling apart. Despite a warranty Lucas or Caligaris are avoiding me as they only want money and when things go wrong they don’t want to deal with customers. If you are happy to not be concerned about the warranty and want to still buy, then be prepared for this risk!!
The sofa I purchased at Calligaris was fantastic, I am very happy with it. But the main reason I went with Calligaris is that the people in the retail shop on Tottenham Court Road were fantastic and very knowledgeable about their products. We went to every furniture store on this street (there are many) and this was not the case with many of Calligaris' competitors, who often could not tell you anything which was not explained in the brochure itself. If I needed to buy another sofa I would return to Calligaris without hesitation.

Terrible customer service. Delayed order, it’s now been 12 weeks since my order and they have never returned any of my calls. Ive had a number of lies where initially they kept saying it would ship next week, so now I’ve rung 5 times and finally last week, week 11, I had notification to pay the balance. It’s nowbeen 8 further days with no delivery date or call or anything.
