   Ordered a taxi, got a text saying the taxi was dispatched and that I need to wear a mask. Get in the taxi and the driver isn't even wearing one.

   Called them to get a train so booked it an hour ahead. Had to ring them to find out where it was and was told 2 minutes. It finally arrived 15 minutes late, filthy inside and stinking of smoke.

   Called asked for a cab thay takes dogs as needed to pick up my dog. Get in the car, one minute in the guy says he doesn't take dogs and pulls up and i get out. He calls and says to send a new car. I call and say I'm obviously somewhere else now. I then watch my car drive past me. I call AGAIN they say he'll get me. Then get a message saying my car is waiting for me so i have to call AGAIN. He then says he'll tell the driver call me.... absolutely useless operator. But the can drivers were lovely. Not their fault but I was 30 minutes late to pick up my dog

   Ordered a taxi this week. A people carrier turned up. As I arrived to my destination with my 3 year old son, I opened the sliding door till I heard a click, obviously the door stayed open for a short while.. I picked up my son to get out and the door suddenly slammed shut on his little forearm as I was getting him out. Not only the vehicle looked like it was falling to bits it also wasn't safe whatsoever. The window itself on the same door was tied shut with two hair ties.. Absolutely aporling I was so scared it was unreal, my son was screaming in pain as the driver just sat there watching. I don't care what excuses this company may try to make, all vehicles used should pass a safety check and this one didn't!! As a mother I'm so disgusted with this it's making me sick to know my toddlers arm could of been snapped in half. As a customer I'm disgusted with the service provided from this company as we all should feel and be safe in any taxi company vehicle. I have wrote this review to warn other customers of there and there children's safety when using this company!! Be careful and don't trust in the vehicle standards please as I dont wish my experience onto no other.
