   At the first moment in the store I had great service from the lady who attended me, when the man arrived, who I believe is the owner, she left it to him to attend to me, he does not know how to serve the customer, he was mentioning several products he would buy and I wanted to know the total amount, he didn't answer, I asked for permission and took his calculator to add it up, my husband closed the order and they gave us a deadline, which was not met, one of the products was delivered and the second is still waiting, the first product was only delivered, my husband called the store to inquire about the assembly, they said they would call us back to talk about the assembly, as they did not call, my husband called to inquire and the information was incomplete, not even they knew how to give information. At the moment I am waiting for the second part of the order that they said has been delivered, and we are already at the third deadline they asked for, we ask for our money back and they claim that the person in charge is on vacation, that they cannot get in touch, I paid for a product that I have not, disappointed with the company, I do not recommend the store to anyone. I believe that customers are not important, because when we are salespeople, we do everything to sell and provide a good after-sales service so that the customer comes back and also let us know, because a satisfied customer is everything.

   I ordered 2 orthopaedic divan beds this morning, they was delivered 4 hours later (to a third floor flat) ! and they are beautiful and was very cheap (in cost but not quality). I am extremely happy with the service from beginning to end and wouldn't hesitate in using this company again. I'm sure my tenants will be as happy as I am. Thank you
