   We booked this firm for taking 4 of us and 4 suitcases to Manchester Airport & Pick us back up on our return. He did pick us up granted but 5 mins away from airport I asked him if it will be him who picks us up. His reply was basically NO he won't be picking us up as his car is not the right vehicle for 4 people and luggage. I said come in your van taxi then...he said he doesn't have one. But on his website his pictures show a car and a van. Anyway we will never use you again. And while we are on holiday we will have to try and sort someone to pick us up. Terrible way to treat customers.

   On our way to the ferries in Hull, after being transported by the AA to a safe place for the night, our friendly driver was spot on time. A very comfortable car brought our little family in a 1,5 hrs drive to Hull and we had a quiet and pleasant conversation in the car with the driver. This was a very nice goodbye from the UK, leaving our car behind to be transported home separately.
