I bought a refurbished Herman Miller Aeron chair from ChairSmith and the hip bolt broke after a little over a month. Tried emailing them to get a replacement bolt, but they have just mugged me off, I would not recommend this company.
Giles provided wonderful service. I was apprehensive about how good the chair is so I was allowed to have a quick test at the warehouse. Delivery within 48hours of placing the order I had a minor issue with the chair, and was offered immediately a date to swap it out with another one Faultless, pleasure to encounter this company. Ordered a Steelcase Leap v2. Prompt delivery, got a tutorial on how to use the chair by their courier. Good condition and amazing price.

I ordered a refurbished Aeron chair on Sunday and had the chair delivered to me on Tuesday fully assembled and in very good condition. Order took less than 48 business hours. Giles (Owner) was very responsive to my enquiries and I received a courtesy call from the delivery driver one hour in advance. Very happy with purchase thus far - Herman Miller Aeron, significantly less expensive than new. Works perfectly and as expected. Much better than my Amazon Ergonomic chair. The 12 month warranty provided is a bonus as well.
