   My ottoman bed broke and they said that they would find the details to get another part so that it lifts up and goes down again and I chased them up after a long time of waiting on them to sort it out again and again and they said that the bed was no longer in its warranty although when I first called up they told me it was fine and there was no rush as the warrenty was fine. They also told me that I must be using the bed wrong for it to break?! Terrible customer service... Rude and avoid!
