    Ordered a chair 26 Sept from DFS, was told it would be delivered week commencing 7 December, on their delivery App it said chair would arrive 11 December, the chair was never delivered, enquired 12 December on the phone was told item had not been scanned in warehouse, went into store 15 December, spoke to the manager who said item has not been delivered to local warehouse explained that I was very unhappy & dissatisfied, would like a refund, he told me let him try to sort it he will send message which will take 72hrs to respond and to come back Thursday 18 December, returned Thursday only to be told there was a delay from the distributors explained I would like a refund he said the refund could take up to 10days and it will be returned to my credit card. I will never order anything form DFS again, how they have such a long lead time and still fail customers is beyond ridiculous

    Needed a new mattress as ours was looking a bit worse for wear after 6 kids and 4 home births. Andy was a great help and even helped us reconcile after we had an argument whether to go with foam or spring. He managed to show us a combination of both as well as a proper swanky one that had air cooling technology which is great as my husband gets night terrors and sweats profusely.

    DFS car parking is free, as you walk in the store you are greeted with happy staff who are willing to help you and guide you. The price of the sofa range is £1,200-£4000, just depends on what you looking for. This store does have a clearance section and it’s Always a good idea to check what they have. The delivery of the sofa can take time Depending on what you choose but they are really clear on that. They always have a good variety to choose from. There is a coffee machine there free for all customers.

    Worst customer experience I've ever had in my whole life. 1) I was told the sofa I was interested in was part of the Black Friday sale, but it was only reduced by £1. When I pointed out this "discount" and showed a photo proving the price had barely changed since October, the staff member went to "check" and never came back. Instead, they sent out someone else, which felt like an attempt to avoid addressing the issue directly. 2) I informed the store that I would be collecting the sofa at 10 a.m. sharp due to a tight schedule. Despite this, the barrier to the entrance wasn’t opened on time, causing my van to block the road and creating a queue of cars onto the A10. The delay? Staff were holding a meeting during opening hours. When I expressed concern, I was shouted at from across the room by an employee who reluctantly opened the barrier—completely unprofessional and unacceptable. 3)The sofa was poorly wrapped for transport—just a loose sheet that didn’t cover it properly—leaving it exposed to heavy rain and resulting in stains. Aside from Molly, the staff here demonstrated a complete lack of customer service and professionalism. If this is how they treat customers, they will struggle to retain any. Perhaps they should also avoid misleading & deceiving Customers by portraying £1 as a significant saving.....

    We spent a few hours sofa shopping and made sure we visited all the usual suspects locally. We won’t name shame but allot of the places we visited didn’t really have upto date modern sofas, they all seemed dull and stuck in the 90’s. One place we went to we were jumped on by the sales assistant within a few feet of walking in which really put us off, and the other we were walking around looking for staff and eventually gave up! This certainly wasn’t the case with DFS! As soon as we walked in we were really impressed with how bright colourful and intriguing the showroom looked. We were immediately drawn to a couple of sofas we liked and plonked ourselves down and was looking through the different colour options. Twice we were checked on by passing staff who were really polite and helpful. We returned a week later on a Friday night and made our way straight to our chosen sofas! Soon after along came Lisa (Enfield branch) and straight away we knew she was going to be fantastic! Lisa was a fountain of knowledge and knew exactly what she was talking about. A true seasoned pro! It didn’t feel transactional at all and all three of us sat comfortably chatting away, all that was missing was a nice gin and tonic! Lisa explained everything in detail and before we knew it our sofas were ordered and we were on our way. We didn’t stop talking about the experience with Lisa the whole way home she was FAB! Thank you DFS but thank you even more to the lovely Lisa you made the whole experience exceptional!

    Useless staff. Especially the manager. Very rude. Order a sofa. And it's been delayed more than 4 months. Always blame the supplier. Never buy again. Only idiots work there. Never have a clear answer. Don't buy with them!!! Read the reviews!

    Was helped by Lisa who was amazing at showing and telling us the process of purchasing the sofa and the qualities each sofa had. We were shown a recliner sofa which we loved. Would definitely recommend people to by their sofas from here.

    No matter how big the brand is this branch is letting it down with poor customer service whereby the conversation was poor by the Staff & no courtesy shown by the manager. This place has variety but it’s like this, like it - take it or don’t bother as they have plenty of other clients. So your time is wasted & you mean nothing to them. Manager was rude, tried to cut the conversation mid way & get thru to the point which I can understand but in the end walked away without any care. I hope the company looks into this carefully as customers are the ones looking for some comfort & understanding when buying a sofa which is not an item you pop out on a weekly or monthly basis to buy. I do not recommend this store due to rude behaviour.

    Was disappointed, as place is nice and big and lots of choices but staff doesn't match. One male staff ,didn't have any patience and didn't want even to explain more in details,pass me on to another staff, he rush to go ,though shop was empty. However found another staff who was more professional and explain in details,but we disagree as found a painting that I was interested and he knew straight away that the price didn't match with the price they have in the computer so I wasn't happy about that. Told him ,it takes 5min.to change a label and were more the 4 staff doing nothing ,one could have changed the price . Have explained that in law ,that is misleading so should I buy the products ,I would have expected to pay the price that was on the label. Staff are not paid bonus for every sale they makes,neither have any targets so for them it really don't matter if they make a sale or not, they will still their wages paid,this what I was told . Then asked how will I hung the painting ,again he didn't know ,until another femele staff come and explained. Shop is empty,no customers ,can you not at least learn more about the products you are selling? and the manager ensure all prices matches with your computer price. Overall disappointed. Went next door and made a sale,so they've lost a good customer simply because they couldn't bother . Plus I was told by your staff that you don't sell Rugs-couldnt be more wrong, you do sell Rugs .
