   I’m really disappointed with the Next store in Enfield Retail Park. Around 35 years ago, I used to think this was a great store with good quality products — but not anymore. I honestly wouldn’t even give one star, but I’ll give it just because of the brand name. What really frustrated me is their unreasonable “no dogs allowed” policy. The Costa Coffee upstairs allows dogs, so why can’t Next? Especially when they have a whole section selling dog toys and clothes — they’re happy to profit from dog owners, but don’t allow dogs inside. It makes absolutely no sense. Because of this inconsistency, I’ve decided to stop shopping at Next from now on. Very disappointing.

   Next Shop is a really nice place for shopping and relaxing, especially with the Costa Coffee upstairs. It’s great that there’s a restroom available, which makes it convenient for customers. However, the main issue is that it gets very crowded and noisy. The noise from the café upstairs carries down to the lower shopping area, making it hard to relax or enjoy a calm shopping experience. While the shop itself is well-organized and pleasant, the noise level is definitely something that needs to be addressed

   I so love this store! Spacious, clean and helpful staff! Good quality products at reasonable prices! What’s not to like? Shopping here is a pleasant experience. I live close to Brent Cross but would rather drive the distance to Enfield for a better shopping experience

   I was served by Yvonne who showed me a few dresses I had missed she then gave me some very good advice when ordering a second part to my outfit. It arrived on Sunday. After trying it on at the store I returned it as it was too big, she remembered me and made me feel very welcome. A very patient And friendly member of staff. Thank you.

   Had a lovely study session in the costa today. Arrived around 10.30 on a Sunday. Relatively quiet until 12 but still lots of space and sockets. Versed 1 coffee whilst I worked. Definitely going to have a cake the next time I'm in. Lovely staff.

   My experience was absolutely awful. As it was Friday prayers I had something called thobe on. It's a garment that men wear for religious or culture reasons. As I entered the store a staff member (black male) walked past me. As he did he looked dead into my my eyes and rolled his eye back. He then went on to look at me from a distance near the counter. I was in the light section on the ground floor. I felt really uncomfortable and at that moment felt that I was not wanted in the store. It's a such shame as I have been shopping at next for almost 15 years. Not once did I feel uncomfortable.

   Good selection of men's clothing. The only problem is that most of the jeans they had were out of stock in my size. 36L is a very popular size.

   Went in for the baby section/ mamas n papas. Lovely selection. My only suggestion would be to provide more info on the prams n better demonstrations of how they work for first time parents.

   Its really big all in one and especially after add Costa coffee this become all in 1 go. I love shopping I. This retail park where free parking facility, customer toilet and disabled access with lift. The Costa is very big and néw addition M&S food. It's a lovely place to visit with family for shopping. The toilet is something not available in ever store but here is available. The customer service is excellent here , they are very friendly and helpful

   The big Next shop on A10 has man, women, children clothes & furniture. There coffee shop. Plenty of parking. You can get lost here for a few hours. It’s buggy&wheelchair friendly as it has escalators & lift. Staff are nice. Definitely recommend
