   Could be such a great place with proper management. Most things you pick up have no prices, always been like this. Different prices at tills so you have to find and prove it. Long wait at tills. Cafe staff can be weird, sell breakfast then tell you it’s a 45 minute wait or you can’t have this or that, just weird behaviours. If I want jam just charge me for it. Have good stuff but it’s a bad experience shopping there. Staff just don’t know customer service. It’s that bad if you want to speak to a manager they lie saying no one’s here. I watched till I worked out who he was as watched them. Strange place.

   This store was easy to get to via public transport as I was able to get a bus directly from Edmonton shopping centre bus station. The store is huge as it has a cafe and an Iceland inside it. I came here as from Wilko website I saw a few items I wanted and they stated they were in stock here. The store is very well stocked in fact they even have their Christmas decorations and Halloween decorations up. With a toddler this place was a wonderful event and I was with my stroller. I think I spent a good few hours here as the time just flew by. The prices were very good and not only for gifts but for things all around the house. Store was clean and staff were visible all around and not just in the tills. Would recommend and would pop by again.

   Huge selection of different items at reasonable prices and an eating place too. Edit. I've dropped the rating from 5 stars to 3 stars: Staff at the cash tills are a mix of smiley and miserable faces. Till receipt never prints well, hardly any ink. And when I have pointed this out on 2 occasions to the staff, I just get a shrug, so not happy about that!

   Needs urgent attention, lack of staffing and customer service. Cost cutting on staffing must have impacting this store. Store is very messy, gaps and missing prices on items. Great difficulty navigating the store due to pallets of stocks on most of the isles. Seems very neglected and unattractive.

   Well stocked with Christmas stuff but some items weren't priced which was annoying. Went for Christmas tree baubles, there was a good selection and good value I think. Craft section had what I wanted. . Staff could be seen and were helpful. Got there for opening time but was getting busy as we left.

   Good customer service and suggestions from assistant in the Arts and Crafts section. The cashier was helpful and no quibble over giving me a refund for an incorrectly priced item. Loved all the Christmas Decorations and displays.

   Store was very messy and unorganised with a lot of items had no pricing labels on them. The furniture section had its own unorganised office lay out which was just super messy with a used chair in the middle of the shop that said “don’t sit on the chair, for staff only”. The store has potential it’s just very messy and dirty. The garden had broken ornaments and wasn’t clean, broken items everywhere and plant pots thrown anywhere..

   The Range has such a wide variety of products on sale that I challenge anyone to visit the store and not buy anything. They have everything you could ever need plus a lot of things you didn't know you needed. The only trouble is that the queues at the tills can get quite long when it gets busy. Always worth a visit if you are having trouble finding something somewhere else. Plenty of parking too.
