   I bought an Eames office chair from Couch Potato about 20 years ago and it had recently broken. As it was still under guarantee, Emma and Colleen of Couch Potato liaised with Vitra for it to be repaired and within a short time I have my repaired chair as good as new. The whole process was seamless and everyone, both Couch Potato and Vitra, acted in a friendly and professional manner. Would highly recommend both companies.

   I ordered a Knoll Saarinen Table through Couch Potato and was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. They had the table we were looking for in stock and were able to deliver it within days rather than months - like most other dealers. Through the process I engaged with several members of their team who were friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their products. Even their delivery guys were great. While the name threw me off a bit, don’t be worried they are legitimate and an excellent vendor. I will absolutely buy from them again.

The team guided us through, including speedily liaising with the manufacturer when the wrong spec arrived to their warehouse, and they expedited replacements.
