   After reading all the reviews I was really nervous about the poor delivery times. So i decided to mail them and ask how long it would take. I got a super fast response, they told me they have improved there logistics and confirmed it would take 2 weeks. I placed my order which was about £400 in value and everything came within 10 days and was great quality. I've just ordered more items from them, again there customer service replied to my e-mails in 2 hours. Seems like they may have had logistical issues previously but I felt compelled to leave a review as there products are great as was delivery. I almost didn't order after reading terrible delivery reviews but so glad i did.

   Poor in delivery time, design, and customer service. I do not know how this company is allowed to function and what body oversees its production and operation. Order arrived two months late, the design of the draw is so open on the sides and front that you might as well leave items outside. Visually and practically it doesn't work. Mokee's repose and compensation were also very poor.

   A 6 week delivery was confirmed, but order arrived in 2 parts, and took 11 weeks to complete. There was no proactivity from the customer service team at all - I had to chase Mokee each and every time to get updates on my order. After I finally received my order, i emailed the Mokee team twice, asking for an explantation as to why there were such massive delays with my order, and surprise surprise, no response.

   Good design, good price but very poor management! They kept delaying the delivery. Order was placed and 13 weeks after nothing was delivered, when 6 week lead time was confirmed. My newborn son was born and needed somewhere to sleep so I had no other choice than cancelling the order.

   Customer service on last order terrible and not delivered to a safe place by their chosen courier (not even accessible and dropped from ground floor into a basement!) and then not dealt with in a professional manner at all. Being an interior designer and used to dealing with furniture companies all the time, I would never trust ordering from this company again, even though design is good.
