As a first-time parent, I was naturally very nervous about my son starting nursery, but now I couldn't be happier. His primary and secondary keyworkers are so warm, caring, and attentive. They have built a lovely bond with him already, and it gives me such peace of mind to know he's in such kind and capable hands. The communication is another huge positive. We get regular updates throughout the day, and I always feel well-informed about his naps, meals, and all the fun activities he's been doing. Also, they give me a good summary of how he has been at the end of the day, which show they really pay attention to him. I also like the updates on their activities, it is pretty clear that they plan them with care and purpose to help babies' development. And the biggest testament is seeing how happy our son is. He has settled in so quickly and is always calm when I drop him off and full of smiles when I pick him up. The team has completely eased all my initial worries. I can't recommend Teddies highly enough to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their little one.

Horrific school for additional needs children, if you want your kids to be happy, safe and protected do not take them here.

My son attended for 1 and a half years in preschool room. The first year was fine. New staff joined in the second year, that's when issues started. My son is mostly nonvebral and autistic and suddenly became terrified of going to preschool after the new staff members joined..Several staff members have attitude problems. Several incidents happened like them snapping at me or my son being left in wet clothing. Just to name a few. I have witnessed the staff shouting at children. They do nothing to engage the children, they just let them run around wild (witnessed many times). I tried to raise these issues with management and high staff on several occasions and way always made to feel like an idiot for even suggesting. I have since moved my child and he is absolutely fine and thriving in another nearby nursery. So it wasn't my son that was the issue, Teddies. You made us feel like this. It was your staff. He was never 'too much' for your nursery. If you have an autistic or special needs child I suggest looking at other nearby nurserys.

It's a fantastic school to send your child to; the first few days contributed significantly to the obvious level of service in my son's learning experience. They have a lovely team that took the time to provide feedback that shows they know and care about each child
