   Dealt with Duncan Hoyle in Q4 2019, to completely renew our office furniture - totally transforming the look of our business, and giving it a really modern and luxurious feel for our team. Wind the clock forward 4 1/2 years, and we needed a gas lift replaced on a single exec chair. Got in contact with Duncan and despite the manufacturer of the item not being in business any longer, he got other teams from another manufacturer involved to make it happen. Genuinely couldn't have been more helpful - customer service at its very, very best, Calibre comes highly recommended by me.

   The installation was missing components. I had to chase them to come back and fix it. They said they would get back to me with a date but did not. The next thing I know I have a telephone call at 07:45 saying they're outside the office with the missing parts. I had to dash to the office and make alternative arrangements for the school run last minute thanks to these guys. I gave them 2 stars because they said "sorry" when I complained, but I would not recommend ordering from them again.
