   Delighted with our shopping experience . We purchased 2 large sofas from Peter and The London Road Furniture team. It has been an excellent experience from start to finish. Care and time was taken to ensure we were entirely comfortable with the decisions we made regarding the style and fabrics of the sofas. We were kept informed about progress with our order, particularly when the manufacturers reported a problem which delayed the expected delivery date. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

   We popped in to look at some soft furnishings after previously visiting and having a very happy experience about two years ago.. So thinking we’d have a look about which we did only for the staff to recognise us (from 2 years previously) and be aware of what we had purchased and where we were from.. absolutely outstanding service, the owner should be very very happy with his staff. The service we always receive is second to none. So to be recognised from a previous purchase is fantastic.. Btw the furniture we purchased is still as new… So no need to go to the big furniture companies and be a number, just visit The London Road Furniture Company and feel as an individual and very valued..
