Upon entering dreams I was greeted by a lovely young lady (Daisie) with a smile, straight away I told her I was looking for a king size bed and wanted something similar to my old mattress as I loved it so much!! so first thing we did was try the special machine to see how I sleep and what mattress would suit me best, it printed a paper of some off the mattress they had in store to test, which I did and I felt none was quite right for me as I kinda knew what I wanted firm wise, so Daisie said no worries we have 100s to try in store and so we went around the store upstairs too to try many maybe 40 odd mattress's out Daisie was patient and enjoyable company throughout made me feel out ease and was fun testing them, finally I came across one I was happy with after about an hour upon check out we entered all my details and have arranged delivery while doing this Daisie had got me a drink. Was all a simple process and couldnβt be happier with the kindness and helpfulness of this lady she is a credit to the store and dreams should be absolutely proud to have a member of staff like Daisie.

As I entered Jason came and greeted me. Offered me the drink and He was very helpful and gave me all the information needed with measurements, extras and explanation on the guarantee of the product and future contact if need be. In general he was very polite and helpful and easy to converse.

We were disappointed by our experience at Dreams recently. Although the products we bought were very nice, the service at the end of the deal was less than desirable. We found that the manager spoke far too much, constantly repeating himself over and over and took a condescending tone with his staff in front of customers, ask them to do little things every 2 minutes during our payment process sitting there. He also kept diverting his attention to people as they walked past us and talk to them over our head which was a bit disconcerting considering the fact that we were spending a large sum of money in the shop. The payment process last way too long even in the end we clearly showed our impression that we just wanted to pay and leave, he was still talking all those things irrelevant. We were also given misleading information about discounts by different people and we didn't know who was telling the truth in the end.

I was met by a very helpful guy Ian, Who helped us with the mattress choosing machine and trying out different mattresses. The experience was both pleasant and easy, and a few days later The delivery went smoothly also, with them taking away the old mattress. I will definitely return to Dreams.

Thank you for your professional and kind service. I was greeted with a smile and "Good morning" in store today. I explained that I was looking to buy a single mattress for my 100 years old Mother. Lynne was so helpful, she pointed out the models that I shouldn't have for someone of Mum's years (Too firm, too heavy etc) and showed me the models that would be suitable. Lynn answered all my questions, it was good to have somebody with her experience advising me and who was genuinely interested and concerned that Mum got the correct mattress for her comfort. I came away feeling confident and happy with my choice.
