   I am utilizing this service for the first time during my visit. I had anticipated being able to pay with my card, but the driver informed me when we got to the destination that this would not be possible. However, he kindly suggested that I contact the operator to inquire if a payment link could be provided for card transactions. The individual I spoke with was rather impolite and unhelpful in their instructions. They repeatedly emphasized that I should have used the app and raised their voice throughout our conversation.

   paid in full online. we didn’t get the money back after the driver saw us not even 10 seconds within being here and saw us running out but drove off instead and won’t give us money back. go to A1 instead

   Where do I even start, notoriously bad, horrible and rude staff, drivers are rude and refuse service multiple times. You are far better off walking through treacherous rain than to even think about using such a poor and horrible service. If I could offer lower than negative 3 stars I would. You actually cannot write more worse staff in a movie, they are genuinely the epitome of bad staff, a disgrace to any transport service. DO NOT USE!

   I do not trust Huddersfield taxis anymore. They used to be great but now they are always late to my prebooked job making me late to work. I also had an issue with a driver so I called base, they asked me to email them so I did but I never got any reply from them, it's a shame, they used to be good but now I'd say they're the worst in huddersfield

   Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! My taxi arrived promptly no waiting around at all. The driver was polite and friendly and the car was absolutely immaculate! Very impressed!!! Good prices and excellent service I would 109 percent use again!

   Phoned on Mon to book a pet friendly cab for 05.30 on Weds morning. Was told it was fine and to call 15 mins before needed. Phoned at 05.10 on Weds to confirm and was told that they had no pet friendly driver . I explained that we had a train to catch but they didn't care at all. Will never use them again.

   Usually , I have overall good experiences with this company but I was really disappointed in my service tonight. The first taxi charged me a £5 cancellation fee because He had to wait literally ONE minute when I’d already explained I was on way but waiting for my boss to unlock the doors. I then reordered a taxi which showed up and all was well until he took a call on speaker to another taxi driver. They spoke in a different language and assumed I didn’t understand but I did recognise enough words to know they were slagging me off IN FRONT of me assuming I couldn’t tell. I will say, majority of the drivers are lovely and professional but tonight was a disappointing experience.

   AVOID, Huddersfield Taxis are TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. Booked a taxi on the app with 24 hours notice, it never turned up. My daughter is a supermarket picker and starts work at 4am, we booked a taxi for 5 days a week at the same time to get her to work. The first day of the booking the taxi turned up 45 minutes late, 15 minutes after she starts work. You can not rely on these guys, they are completely useless!

   The driver was very prompt and courteous. I didn't have to ask him for assistance he automatically done what was required. His car was lovely and clean which is always a pleasure especially for hygiene reasons. He definitely deserves to be rewarded for being top form all round!

   Appalling service. Never used to have a problem with these but lately since they started buying everyone out, they really gone downhill. All drivers are always on their phones whenever i have ordered a taxi over last few months. Last Friday night I ordered a taxi at 11.50pm via the app. Paid via card so the fare was prepaid. Received a message saying they were busy so it could take a while. Fair enough that's understandable. What's not understandable is that 2 cars accepted the job and then when they were a minute away they cancelled and it went back to it may take a while. I rang and was told some drivers just don't accept those jobs (one house to my own). By this point I was stood outside on my own at top end of town. Not the safest place to be for a lone female. I was there for 45 minutes with 3 more drivers accepting the job and them cancelling when a minute away. I ended up calling another company who came straight out. As a result, I'm now out of pocket as I prepaid & no apology
