   The person that visited our home had zero design experience and the solutions that they offered were ridiculous for the use of space. Obviously a salesperson and clearly a bad one as their pitch was so fake and lacked in detail and actual information. They weren’t aware of what their company’s website was stating and raised their voice and interrupted us when we tried to explain that the quote exceeded our budget. Also these are not at all customisable! They just give you three options of measurements and that’s all. Oh and you can’t mix them up! You can only have one. Original price given for a guest room wardrobe with a desk surface was £9000 although their website says that a double bedroom wardrobe would be around 2000. Totally misleading!

   terrible company to deal with. They have so little trust in their customers that they wont install untill the all the money paid upfront. I wish I had had never dealt with them .

   The two initial design appointments were fine and came through very quickly. Thereafter, very poor customer service experience and heavily delayed. Difficult to get in touch with the right people owing to their calls being managed centrally.

   Although I didn't purchase, I had a positive experience here looking for new wardrobes. The staff inside the small showroom were helpful at getting the quotation process rolling. Good experience with the salesman too who came to take measurements, however, one star deducted for the excessive cost - supposedly it's the quality of the materials that demands two to three times the investment of other quotes but I find that hard to believe. If you've got money to splurge, give them a go otherwise you'll likely get a better quote elsewhere.
