   Tried to charge £28 from Huddersfield to Holmfirth thinking my partner was ‘bladdered’ so tried to take advantage of him. He then forgot his bag in the car which is his fault I understand this, so I rung the taxi place back up and asked them to drop it off at the house as I rung straight away as soon as he got in so the taxi would’ve literally been down the road. The guy on the phone said the taxi man will drop the bag back off, he didn’t. So I rung back up again and asked where it was, he told me the taxi man was knocking on the door but there was no answer so when I told him that was not true as he didn’t arrive and I also have cameras and a ring doorbell. Realising he’d then been caught out lying he said “oh the driver didn’t know which number the house was” okay so he never arrived like you said! Then told me “it will be £15 to drop the bag back off otherwise it won’t get dropped off” Absolutely disgusting. I’d AVOID this company AT ALL COSTS. Scamming and lying not to mention trying to take advantage of people. Absolute disgrace.

   Had a taxi ordered last weekend. Ruined what had been a great evening as stood in the cold an hour before it arrived. Very poor, won’t use Waterloo again and would advise others to go elsewhere if you don’t want to be left stranded waiting an hour.

   I wanted to use a local taxi firm rather than uber to collect guests from my wedding party. I booked and agreed the price a month in advance. I offered to pay up front to secure the booking but was told it was cash on the night. I was extremely disappointed when no taxis arrived at the end of the night. I rung to find out where they were to be told that they weren’t sure I still wanted the taxis as the booking had been made a month ago. I had one missed call on my phone from them 10 minutes after they should have been at the venue. I was at my wedding party so wasn’t carrying my phone. The firm eventually sent several taxis ( not the minibuses as arranged) and some were almost an hour after our agreed pick up, and charged more than previously agreed. I felt bad for my guests having to wait all that time when the venue had closed, especially as I had organised this for them. Lesson learnt. I won’t be using them again. And will advise others to not use them. Nb I would have liked to have contacted them directly to give my feedback, but no email. May I suggest that if they are worried about people no longer wanting taxis that they have booked they should contact the customer in advance to check as a common sense courtesy and or that they ask for payment in advance. To simply not deliver the service is more than poor, a complete failure to honour the contract with the customer - truly pathetic

   Taxi was very late for pick up leaving us late for an appointment. When I phoned to see where it was, conductor advised it was "2 mins away very close" which it clearly wasnt as it took another quarter of an hour. Honesty regarding wait time and update would be much better appreciated

   Driver asked very inappropriate questions while in the taxi alone. Ring and told them I didn't want this taxi. They still send him and his questions get worse. Ade a complaint and if they don't listen this time I'm going to police
