   We have found the home styling service with Melanie really helpful. She made some great suggestions as to how to furnish a very awkward shaped room that my husband and I felt lost with! The price structure of the different options was also very transparent and we didn’t feel pressurised into any particular choice. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for help with design/interiors!!

   I absolutely love this store and I have been buying from Lathams for many years, in-store and now also online as I don't live so close anymore! From the moment you enter the store, the staff are so lovely and friendly and are never pushy with trying to sell me anything but will instead spend as much time with me as I need to go through all of their many options, especially when it comes to their bespoke furniture and home furnishing service. My only warning is that you will fall in love with everything and will want to redecorate your home immediately!

   This shop has a massive range of home accessories and some of them simply are beautiful. However the customer service I have received on both occasions has been absolutely shocking. The staff do not appear to care about the customer and they appear almost shocked and put out if you ask them for help. We will not be going back to this shop as we felt frankly judged and I do not want to be giving my hard earned money to someone who simply doesn't care.
