   Avoid at all costs. I bought a chair 3 weeks ago and received no shipping information. I repeatedly called the phone numbers listed on their website and eventually got through to Anwar, who repeatedly lied about the status of the chair and the shipping, constantly promising I would receive it in a few days then coming up with a new excuse when it inevitably didn’t arrive. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

   ordered two chairs from them on 18 January and now, 2nd February still not delivered, nor any update from them regarding delivery. Nobody replies to emails nor answers any of the phone numbers. I'd recommend you avoid ordering from them

   Casa Contracts have been Brillaint in terms of helping me find the best furniture that suited our new office. Anwar in particular has been Amazing in the Customer Service and really shows that he cares about what I needed rather than trying to sell the item. Always went the extra mile!
