   My partner rang to book a taxi for 6.25pm to take me to work for my night shift. He booked it in the morning for me and gave them my mobile number to send me alerts and updates as my partner was away for the night. The taxi didn't arrive and when I rang the first time was told it was on the way the second time I was told that there was no booking made under my mobile number. He then very rudely put the phone down. I rang my partner and asked him to ring them as he had made the booking with his phone. A taxi eventually arrived and the taxi stunk of cigarettes and I was told I couldn't pay by card. The taxi driver offered to take me to a cash point and I asked him how much more it would be be as we had been given a price of £8 when we booked it. He said it would be about £1 more. When arriving at work late he charged me £11.10. This isn't acceptable as the taxi was over 40 minutes late. This company is a joke and have no respect or consideration for customers. I will never use them again and certainly wouldn't recommend them.

   Rang at about midnight on Friday night wanting a taxi from Lindley to address in Halifax. Phone answered promptly and politely. Taxi arrived within the promised 5 minutes and waited patiently while I rounded up my friends. Driver a bit shy at first but became chattier. Drove safely and got us home without problem. Very reasonable price. Would happily use again.

   Do not use this firm. Taxi no show booked hours in advance purposefully done by the most rude and sly controller. Happened at Christmas so should have know better. Bad lot

   Called and asked for a dog friendly taxi. Three times it was repeated that we had dogs, a taxi turned up and refused to take us with our dogs. Called back and they denied all knowledge that we mentioned dogs. Such poor service all round, controller denied all knowledge and was super rude. Super poor service, will never use again. Quite glad we didn’t get the chance to give them any money.

   We were let down by our Uber and called Royal. We had a dog with us and they were very accommodating (we’d got the blankets for the dog to sit on). Not only that but we left the lead in the car and they just texted to bring it back! Definitely recommend!

   Booked a taxi to make sure we'd make the last train back to manchester. Had a SMS confirming it was booked and a sms later confirming taxi had been dispatched. Rang 25 mins after the 2nd sms to be told it had been cancelled to be also told no taxi driver could be bothered. Which ended with us missing the last taxi and having to pay for an uber back to Manchester. Taxi companies wonder why customers choose uber! Do not use!

   I booked a cab to take us to the airport,early hours of Fri 23rd Nov, cab was on time and the driver was brill, he actually spent a lot of time where we were going so was able to give us lots of tips and advice. However it was the return journey that really impressed me,we didn't actually book a return as we were going to get a train home, but the journey was so horrendous we deiced to book a cab.We rang as soon as we got off the plane only to be told they couldn't send anyone as they only do the airport to Huddersfield if its pre paid. We were gutted and then the duty manager stepped in and said he would come and get us, through Friday rush hour traffic.We can't thank you enough. What a BRILLIANT service

   Normally found them pretty reasonable, but have now lost any faith I had in them. Ordered a taxi (at their office) to the train station on a Sunday morning, stating I had to be there to catch the first available service to Leeds or I'd be late to work. Waited 20 minutes, then the driver turned up; explained the situation again, and was then apparently in the sequel to Driving Miss Daisy! Driver was rude and unapologetic about making me late - I'd have been better off trying to hitch a lift instead.
