   Aisha, Is a customer's dream !!!! Great extensive product knowledge, offered my mother and I beverages, very welcoming, made us feel very seen and comfortable in an already overwhelming environment. I got exactly what came in for and left within less then 45 mins. If the mattresses weren't of such good quality.. I would definitely be shopping at Dreams ILFORD more often. Thank you again Aish.

   It's a shame that they would not help me, I have a disability but that did not matter. When spending £1000 plus Reply, I can't walk, I asked you if the guys take my bed down, I would have helped. There's one 1floor to take it down. They would have to pass the bin to get there to their van. I would also give 10 to take down. I was very upset.
