   I had the misfortune to be on the receiving end of a Jessica in the Doncaster office. I was selling a property that Jessica acted on behalf of our buyers. My solicitor had an average of a week delay between sending and receiving replies from her. A week!. I understand that the buyer also had, at times, difficulty in receiving calls or emails back from her. An average of 3 days for them. Better than 7 for my solicitor I guess! Conveyancing is a stressful time for all and to have such long gaps between files been looked at and dealt with his absurd. Jessica and Foy's are not a firm I would wish to use or be unfortunate enough to find they are acting for any future purchaser of my new property should I ever sell. Let's hope this was an isolated case!

   We used MalcolmCFoy for the closure of my mother’s Estate (probate, house sale etc). I was highly impressed with service provided and communication through what is a complex process. They handled with sensitivity and empathy throughout but ensured costs were managed to arrive at the best outcome for the family. A awesome company that people centric and transparent throughout your dealings. I live out the area but would most definitely be using in the future for other services. In summary a credit to the legal profession in probate matters ands also all aspects within conveyance.
