   The family engaged Julie to prepare Lasting Power of Attorney documents for our elderly parents who both had health issues . The process can be overpowering when you see all the legal jargon on websites , however despite JUlie herself encountering personal trauma with family illness, she ensured that as her clients we were fully updated and ensured that all documents were signed correctly and registered correctly with the authorities . This process takes up to 20 weeks and by chasing and checking we as a family received all our registered documents and this was a blessing as a few weeks later our father passed away . Having the POA helped beyond any doubt as it sped up all companies we needed to talk to and ensured all our fathers affairs were correct and closed for my mother to be settled . We as a family cannot say how important this POA documents are and would recommend anybody with elderly parents who are not fully available to understand , how vital the documents were.
