   Starting from the day we were looking at our current flat, Jack has been more than helpful, always chasing everything needs chasing and pushing his schedule around in order to fit ours. This is what a customer needs from letting agents; not feeling that they need to chase them in order to secure a flat they like. Being for three months in the property, not once did we feel that we were left alone. We keep frequent communication with Jack, informing him of problems we find in the flat. In order to give a solid example, our dishwasher broke and within a week we had people installing a new one. It needs pointing out that Jack has been helpful with problems that were out of his scope. It is really a benefit to having an agent who is looking after you, in order to aid in a stable and happy tenancy. I recommend the Jones Parkinson Agency to anyone looking for a property.

   I have been living in Manchester City Centre for over 5 years and only since moving to Textile Apartments and my experience with Jones Parkinson have I realised what a totally unnecessary ordeal it has been being with any of the other agencies. Their communication, timely assistance with any and all issues and the professionalism in their service is something I haven't experienced before. I can't hold my experience with them in any higher regard.

   The best letting agent in Manchester! I've lived in Manchester city centre for just over 3 years now and used several agents around town, but Jones Parkinson go above and beyond! All the paperwork was done by email, regular telephone updates, no agency application fee (a 1st for me) and they even turned up on time for the viewing. teehee. I love my new apartment in The Edge : )
