    A lot of improvements, lots of landsaping done, Brookhouse let's to tenents who are over 40 of age only. Some problem tenants at Derby House. Its council accommodation so has the same issues as any council estate.

    Scholes Village itself is really nice place to stay it has its troubled blocks like Douglas house and Brook house they have had their troubles with certain characters and drug use the place itself is gorgeous in the summer and the ASB is getting to a minimum as people have had enough and are not scared to tackle it but generally a nice place to live
