    Applicants beware of this company. They are an insurance company disguised as a landlords agency. They will take your full financial details initially and encourage you to pursue an application, knowing you will fail, in order to take their commission from the fee (£250), and sell you insurance and services before any agreement has been confirmed. They make it appear as though buying the insurance is a necessary step to completing your application. They do this using clever wording and emails. You don't expect to see scam tactics in this arena but they are here. Congratulatory emails usually signify success but be aware, this is not the case. This is when they use your eagerness to get you to call them and they will sell you insurance. Make sure you get the payments cancelled for the insurance because they won't cancel it on the first request. They try to get you to buy broadband etc too, but if you ask them if the purchases are compulsory, the answer is of course no. Somebody inexperienced, vulnerable, or just keen, could be coerced. The staff are evidently trained in insurance sales, and not admin, or letting, which is probably why there are so many other reviews about incompetence. It is all about the upsell and not about helping you find your new home. They Don't imagine they are not working on commission and out for every penny they can squeeze from you. They have exploited a market of vulnerable people. Bravo to them.

    It is my first experience of seeking assistance with evicting a recalcitrant tenant. They were very professional whilst coming over as understanding, approachable - and patient with my questions! They were very timely in keeping me updated on progress and highlighting any additional documentation or information required. I would be very happy to recommend them based on the service to date (with confidence that the desired eviction order still awaited but is a "safe bet" down to their experience and supportive guidance)

    My agency used this company to complete my referencing, it was an utterly painful experience. Everyone I came across was incredibly inept, to the point it was almost impressive, the exception was Leslie from customer service who was amazingly helpful and proactive and was the only reason for the stars. Basic emails went unanswered for days, a process that normally takes 1-3 days took 2 weeks. Some of the people I came across I wouldn't trust to proofread an empty page. It took 4 days and around 10 phone calls to get in contact with the account manager, of course all the promises of the case being marked as urgent and promised call backs were also unfulfilled.
