Booked a viewing for a house with Liam Grundy and confirmed by email that we were still happy to view the property on the day of the viewing. Shown up at the house and the house owner said she wasn’t aware of anyone coming to view her house on that day. I called the estate agents and Liam had forgotten to tell the owner about the viewing. Not only did he forget to tell the owner though, he forgot to mention to me that the viewing would therefore be cancelled and failed to tell me he wasn’t even going to show up to the property. Struggling to understand why even 10-15 mins before the viewing Liam couldn’t even call to explain his mistake and that he wouldn’t be meeting me at the property. The woman I spoke to on the phone offered me an alternative day/ time, however after travelling 45 minutes to see the house and to have the estate agent not bother to show up or ring me to apologise I would not consider moving forward with this estate agents in the future. Since Liams reply: as said previously, i did reply to your email confirming the appointment. Accept responsibly for your mistake and stop blaming others, you wrote a 5 star review on 222 estate agents google page about your own business… talk about needing an ego boost.
