Probably one of the best family-run businesses we’ve dealt with while moving into our new house. They were very helpful, gave us top recommendations, and their service was wonderful. Delivery was 10/10—they were even able to deliver before Christmas. Would definitely recommend.
We recently purchased a superking ottoman & Relyon mattress from Designer Furniture Gallery. The service was exceptional, with advice at every stage of the process. We required delivery pre-Christmas (early December), for our new apartment, & despite this being a challenge, Nimish promised delivery w/c 8 December - & we now have it. A special shout out to the delivery/assembly team - they were amazing, & despite a 90kg mattress being carried up two flights of stairs, never lost their sense of humour or politeness. We will be using Nimish in the future, & if you’re looking for a special piece of furniture, you won’t go far wrong doing the same.
Have been using Designer Furniture Gallery for several years. From sofas, to beds and most recently the most amazing dining table. The SA’s are always so welcoming and helpful, knowledgeable about all their products and always provide great customer service from beginning to end. Highly recommend to everyone.

When we visited Designer Furniture Gallery first time (3+years back), we saw beautiful Sofas and Dining Ranges, most of them were different from the other furniture retailers. We ordered the one we liked, however we were not sure of the size, so we asked them to hold and on checking, we found it bigger for our room. We then chose another model, which was bit more expensive, but came out exceptional in our living..The Dining Set as well is amazing. Years gone, Sofas, Table looks still pristine..Recently we went again to see wardrobes and the gentleman patiently showed us the options, he guided us on the options of shelves and accessories, exceptional service, now eagerly waiting for the delivery and installation!
Designer Furniture Gallery is an excellent furniture store in Romford, they offer specialist services. They have affordable, highly practical, quality furniture. Must commend the owners for their hard work & services. Will definitely be visiting them again for future purchases.

Very friendly family business. Half of my living room is from this shop. Once the pool/dining table or the garden fire table have drawn you inside, you will find all sorts of other hidden gems. My wife is now banned from looking through the window.
