For the second time now Iβve experienced exceptional customer service from this store. Itβs so rare for a store to be so genuinely βcustomer firstβ and always aiming to exceed expectations. Both times the manager has gone out of his way to help me find a mattress my daughter liked but within my budget. No upselling. And also both times finding a way to deliver at a time which suited me, not their schedule. First class - would highly recommend!

Nothing is too much trouble at The Bed Post Dunton Green. Ryan extends a very warm welcome to you and is so helpful and gives you plenty of time to make up your mind. And then when we visited to buy a new pillow, again we were looked after so very well. We've been visiting The Bed Post for many years now, as has our daughter, and we all well pleased. And the delivery chappies are so super too. Thank you so much to you all. We can go to bed comfortably!

My family and I went to Bedpost Crayford with the initial intention of just getting an idea of what kind of bed to get for our infant daughter. We spoke to John in store, who was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us in picking the ideal bed, even bringing up points that we hadn't considered for our daughter (regarding mattress softness and bed height). We ended up ordering a bed that day, and it arrived on the desired delivery day a week and half later. The delivery men were all helpful and friendly, and our daughter has had a week of restful sleep in her new bed so far. An overall exceptional and pleasant experience, thank-you to all involved. Will be recommending to friends and family

Lovely experience! Staff is friendly and helpful but not pushy. It took us less than an hour to try, choose and purchase a mattress. The shop was recommended to me by my husband and I can safely say I'd recommend it as well!

From the 04/07/2021 when I purchased my divan, bed and headboard there were obstacles. Firstly I ordered a divan with two drawers at the bottom of the base. The sales rep told me that with this particular material, I was unable to get a smaller drawer in the side, (the headboard was tall and had side wings). I did not want two drawers opposite each other on the side of the bed because the bed was against the wall. This would leave one of the drawers obsolete. Next, I called the shop asking them could they deliver earlier, the bed was meant to be at the shop, (four weeks, around August 2nd). The person dealing with the order contacted head office, the bed had not even been ordered. I accepted this dilemma. The owner of the shop who was on holiday at the time, confirmed Β£100 reduction off the bed and reordered. Around 24/08/21, I received a call from The Bed Post, they were unable to make the bed, the material I specifically asked for, was no longer in their stock. I was ill from a COVID vaccination and asked could I ring back. When I did ring back, I was Wassspped, 26/08/26 a different blend of material, different colour, by the 28/08/21 we came to an agreement. They gave me another Β£150 off the bed, I had told them I had seen a similar bed for Β£700. They offered me my bed at Β£750 in the end. When the bed finally arrived on 24/09/2021, the drawers were on the side of the bed and not at the bottom. I sat in the shop with a friend, speaking to the sales rep about the specifications of the drawers. He was the one that told me I was unable to get the smaller drawer on the side, so I opted for two drawers at the bottom of the bed and not the sides. I explained I did not want them on opposite sides, due to the bed being up against the wall. All parties involved, who work for The Bed Post are extremely polite and did give me a base while I waited for my bed but I have received a bed that is not really the colour, the drawers are not what I specifically asked for and I have a drawer that I am unable to use. To make things worse when I contacted The Bed Post on 28/09/21 reguarding the miss placed drawers, they said that somebody would get back to me within twenty four hours, I'm still waiting β. Also I've been told you only get one long drawer at the end of the bed not two!!! I have a witness that will verify the specification I asked for. Lastly to top it all, when I rang up to to talk about the bed, the sales person insults my intelligence, by saying the foot end of the bed is at the sides. Go look on The Bed Post website, there is a divan bed for sale with specifications, two drawers at the side and two draws at the foot end.
